The hotel had a great location, close to the main attractions and in a lively yet peaceful street. The rooms were unique and nicely decorated, offering a different experience. The breakfast was tasty and well presented.
The staff was not very helpful or attentive, and some of them seemed disinterested in assisting guests. The bathroom facilities were not up to par, with cold temperatures and poor equipment.

The location was fantastic, right in the historical center and within walking distance of the main shopping street. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served was excellent with a variety of options. Cleanliness was great.

This hotel is right in the center of town, making it a perfect base for exploring all the attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide great recommendations for places to visit and even help with dinner reservations. The basic amenities offered in the rooms are suitable for a comfortable stay, and the highlight for me was having a room with a balcony to enjoy the city view. The breakfast, which included delicious homemade jam and preserves, definitely added a personal touch to the experience.

Bright, spacious room with charming decor. Friendly and informative staff. Excellent location in the heart of the old city with easy access to cafes and attractions. Provided hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. Attention to detail and local restaurant recommendations were fantastic.
